Aesthetics by K uses bio-degradable hyaluronic acid in a liquid gel form. It is a gel that is composed of strands of hyaluronic acid that are naturally found in our skin and help to keep it refreshed and young looking, allowing us to restore lost volume to the face or add definition to achieve more aesthetically pleasing results.

When injected with a very fine needle into the crease line, the gel creates volume under the wrinkles, lifting up and smoothing out lines. As we get older our skin naturally loses moisture, and this leads to the development of lines and wrinkles. Fillers are not permanent as they will gradually break down but the results usually last between 6 and 18 months.
